Baseline EBT Transition Workshop

Whether you are looking to evolve to Baseline EBT under EASA or another authority, this workshop helps you to generate a plan – in a timely and efficient manner.

Transitioning to Baseline EBT requires operators (under EASA) to demonstrate data-driven training, an effective ICAP and sufficient customisation to their operation, with at least three years of Mixed-EBT experience building. However, each EBT programme is unique in how to relates to these requirements, and each authority must also determine with the operator what the acceptable limits are to relieve existing licensing rules and transition to true performance-based training.

This workshop supports operators in two ways:

1. It promotes a dialogue between the operator and the authority to set a common goal and standards that are reasonable and represent the intent of Baseline EBT regulations. The transition to Baseline EBT is also a big change for authorities, and it is important that all stakeholders follow the same set of rules and principles.
2. It generates an implementation plan for the operators (which can optionally also function as an oversight plan for authorities), that provides a clear set of actions and objectives based on which operators can achieve Baseline EBT approval.
