dat we je kunnen vertellen hoe je component of systeem gaat falen, voordat het faalt? Helpt dat je bij het oplossen van problemen? Of helpt het je bij het plannen van reparaties of bij het beperken van reparaties als je een werkend component preventief verwijdert?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Component falen kan moeilijk zijn om op te sporen op de lijn en in de winkel. Het kan leiden tot premature verwijderingen en geen-fout-gevonden. Je hebt een tool nodig die je vertelt hoe een component of systeem gaat falen, voordat het faalt. NLR biedt een tool FD XAI, Foutdiagnose met eXplainable Artificial Intelligence, die precies dat doet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vliegtuigtechnici die een component of systeem op de lijn en in de winkel proberen op te sporen, hebben niet veel informatie tot hun beschikking. Het is vaak moeilijk om terug te kijken naar eerdere onderhoudsevenementen en het is vrijwel onmogelijk om te begrijpen hoe het is gebruikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wat vliegtuigtechnici nodig hebben, is een diagnose die de waarschijnlijke foutmodus van de component of het systeem identificeert voor het oplossen van problemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En als je componenten preventief verwijdert op basis van voorspellende indicatoren, ontvangen de winkeltechnici componenten die nog goed functioneren op het moment dat ze eigenlijk zouden falen. Deze componenten passeren waarschijnlijk de bankcheck. Winkeltechnici hebben een diagnose nodig die de waarschijnlijke foutmodus identificeert als je een volledige revisie wilt voorkomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NLR ontwikkelt een nieuwe tool om fouten te diagnosticeren met behulp van Kunstmatige Intelligentie. Het is een slim stuk software dat naar de foutmodi van eerder uitgevoerde reparaties en het vliegtuiggebruik kijkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We gebruiken kunstmatige intelligentie (AI) om de relatie tussen vliegtuig- en systeemgebruik en de daadwerkelijke foutmodi van gerepareerde onderdelen te bepalen. We kunnen deze relaties gebruiken om componenten of systemen te diagnosticeren en de foutmodi te identificeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het vertrouwen in de resultaten van geautomatiseerde diagnoses is zeer afhankelijk van de transparantie van de analyses. Om de resultaten van foutdiagnoses acceptabel te maken voor onderhoudspersoneel, gebruiken de algoritmes eXplainable Artificial Intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FD XAI identificeert niet alleen de foutmodi, maar legt ook uit waarom een specifieke foutmodus optreedt (en niet een andere foutmodus). De uitleg helpt onderhoudspersoneel om de diagnose te begrijpen en fouten op de lijn en in de winkel op te sporen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foutdiagnoses met behulp van eXplainable Artificial Intelligence kunnen worden uitgevoerd voordat een onderdeel daadwerkelijk faalt. Dit betekent dat het een nuttig instrument is om de foutmodus van onderdelen te bepalen die nog operationeel zijn en preventief zijn verwijderd op basis van voorspellende onderhoudsindicatoren. Het helpt de winkels om deze onderdelen te repareren en reduceert geen-fout-gevonden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NLR biedt een tool FD XAI die je vertelt hoe een component of systeem gaat falen, voordat het faalt. Het helpt technici om componenten en systemen op de lijn en in de winkel op te sporen. Het reduceert premature verwijderingen en geen-fout-gevonden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En het is een grote hulp voor componenten die nog operationeel zijn en preventief zijn verwijderd op basis van voorspellende onderhoudsindicatoren.
