wp-elements-d78ccc892bca5d4ecf1e4b2690516175\">Programma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-guge-font-size\">Klimaatneutrale luchtvaart<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>In 2050 moet de luchtvaartindustrie met haar kennis en economische invloed voldoen aan de Nederlandse en Europese klimaatdoelstellingen en de duurzame ontwikkelingsdoelstellingen van de Verenigde Naties en daartoe bijdragen. De luchtvaart zal schoner en stiller zijn en dus minder invloed hebben op het klimaat en het milieu.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Met het programma Klimaatneutrale luchtvaart draagt NLR bij aan een schonere en stiller luchtvaart. Klimaatneutraliteit vereist dat we rekening houden met de gehele productieketen, het gebruik en de recycling van de vliegtuigen, en dat we dit toepassen binnen een circulaire economie. Bovendien draagt het programma bij tot het aanpakken van de maatschappelijke uitdaging om zo robuust mogelijk te worden in het licht van de klimaatverandering, en draagt het bij tot duurzame luchtvaart en het verbeteren van de concurrentiepositie van Nederland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-secondary-10-background-color has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-dee81359 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"padding-top:3.5rem;padding-right:3.5rem;padding-bottom:3.5rem;padding-left:3.5rem\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading alignwide\">&#8220;Klimaatneutrale luchtvaart is een complexe puzzel&#8221;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-vertically-aligned-top\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Programmaleider Bram Peerlings over Klimaatneutrale luchtvaart<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om bij te dragen aan klimaatneutraliteit &nbsp;van de luchtvaartsector zet dit programma onderzoeksprojecten op touw in samenwerking met universiteiten, andere kennisinstellingen en bedrijven. We hebben samen met stakeholders bestaande klimaatmetrieken onderzocht en een nieuwe milieuprestatiemetric ontwikkeld die zowel CO2 als niet-CO2 uitstoot meet. Onze focus ligt op het mitigeren van non-CO2 effecten, zoals contrail formatie, door het ontwikkelen van innovatieve operationele concepten. Zo blijven we op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen. Onze inhoudelijke bijdragen aan projecten op het gebied van luchthaveninfrastructuur (zoals brandstofbevoorrading), waterstof powertrainsystemen, koeling en cryotanks, dragen significant bij aan de vooruitgang in de sectoren. Ook ondersteunen we met safety analyses, certificatieprocessen, grondtestfaciliteiten en vliegtuigonderhoud, met een focus op circulariteit. De opslagstandaarden van WG80 (AS6679 en AS7373) zijn bijna gereed voor vrijgave.
