class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>De luchtvaartsector heeft de afgelopen jaren te maken gehad met een aantal grote verstoringen (denk aan COVID-19, en daardoor eerst inkrimping en later opschaling van de operatie, personeelstekort, economische ontwikkeling, de oorlog in Oekra\u00efne) en kent een grote gevoeligheid voor (politieke) ontwikkelingen zoals de stikstofproblematiek en de vermindering van het aantal vliegbewegingen op Schiphol. De maatschappij staat steeds kritischer tegenover de luchtvaart met het oog op de klimaatverandering, maar ook tegenover (veiligheids)risico\u2019s. Intussen neemt de druk toe op ons schaarse luchtruim door nieuwe gebruikers (denk aan drones, UAM of elektrische vliegtuigen).<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Het programma Veilige en concurrerende operatie helpt overheidsinstanties, de lucht- en ruimtevaartsector en de samenleving deze uitdagingen aan te gaan door de Nederlandse lucht- en ruimtevaartsector veiliger, veerkrachtiger en kosteneffectiever te maken, nu en in de toekomst, en de civiele en militaire luchtvaart en de samenleving veiliger te maken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-secondary-10-background-color has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-dee81359 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"padding-top:3.5rem;padding-right:3.5rem;padding-bottom:3.5rem;padding-left:3.5rem\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading alignwide\"><em>\u201c<\/em> Effectief samenwerken in de lucht<em>\u201d<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-vertically-aligned-top\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Programmaleider Nick van den Dungen over Veilige en concurrerende operatie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We doen dit door feiten te presenteren, concrete actievoorstellen en adviezen te geven, alsook door het doelgerichte gebruik van innovatie. We bieden inzicht in de veranderingen die de nieuwe technologie\u00ebn teweegbrengen, bijvoorbeeld voor veiligheid, operationele concepten, organisatie, regelgeving en toezicht op de veiligheid van de lucht- en ruimtevaart. We dragen tevens oplossingen aan om in luchtvaartoperaties de kosten te verlagen, de capaciteit van het luchtruim te vergroten en de betrouwbaarheid en veerkracht van luchtvaartoperaties te maximaliseren, binnen maatschappelijk aanvaardbare grenzen. We streven ernaar om het meetvliegen van NAVAID-systemen, zoals ILS, te beperken en uiteindelijk te vervangen door meetvluchten met drones. Onze oplossing optimaliseert dynamisch de instellingen van het high-lift-systeem, rekening houdend met omstandigheden zoals wind, vliegtuigmassa en ATC-beperkingen. Zo wordt er zo energie-optimaal mogelijk gevlogen, zelfs met grotere daalhoeken.
