class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>NLR ondersteunt Defensie, de luchtvaartindustrie, MRO- en onderhoudsbedrijven en vliegmaatschappijen bij het ontwikkelen en toepassen van innovatieve, duurzame oplossingen voor onderhoud, inspecties en reparaties.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Op deze manier wil NLR bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van de materi\u00eble beschikbaarheid en kosteneffectieve inzet van vliegtuigen, helikopters, drones, windturbines en andere complexe systemen. Verder richten we ons op onderhoudsprocessen in de organisatie en het trainen van onderhoudspersoneel. Ons Smart MRO-programma richt zich op baanbrekende inspectietechnieken en additieve cold-spray reparatietechnieken. Door kennis en vaardigheden uit andere sectoren toe te passen, cre\u00ebren we effici\u00ebntere en effectievere onderhoudsoplossingen. We ontwikkelen Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) methoden om oppervlakte- en inwendige defecten te detecteren, waardoor de &#8220;dent and buckle chart&#8221; en traditionele tap-techniek inspectie achterhaald worden. Ons doel is om een kwalificatietraject te ontwikkelen dat voldoet aan de part-21\/145 eisen. Bovendien digitaliseren we NDI-beelden met geavanceerde 3D projectiesystemen, waardoor inspectieresultaten eenvoudig en snel kunnen worden ge\u00efnterpreteerd. Door het gebruik van aanvullende sensoren, digitale product paspoorten en data-gestuurde ketenregie, kunnen we predictive maintenance toepassen en operationele verstoringen minimaliseren. Ons doel is om de duurzaamheid, effici\u00ebntie en effectiviteit van onderhoud te verbeteren, waardoor de economische impact van verstoringen wordt verminderd. Bovendien onderzoeken we de mogelijkheden van Smart Contracts om onze processen verder te innoveren.
