personnel<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>NLR bouwt in dit programma aan een vooruitstrevende kennispositie op het terrein van training en simulatie, en door lucht- en ruimtevaart onderdeel te maken van informatiegestuurde, multi-domein en ge\u00efntegreerde operaties. Dit doen we samen met onze nationale en internationale (EU, NAVO) partners. Hierbij ligt de focus op kennis van dreigingssystemen en -technologie, de bijbehorende tegenmaatregelen en op opleiding en training.&nbsp;Deze aanpak bestrijkt de hele TRL (Technology Readiness Level) keten van conceptueel niveau, technologieontwikkeling tot en met operaties en training.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">NLR draagt oplossingen aan voor de ministeries van Defensie en Justitie en Veiligheid die eraan bijdragen de samenleving veiliger te maken. We onderzoeken de randvoorwaarden die nodig zijn om deze technologie\u00ebn succesvol in te zetten in de operationele bedrijfsvoering. We gebruiken onopvallende sensorsystemen, zoals eyetracking en fysiologie, om gedrag en informatie-inname te meten. Door deze data te combineren met kennis over de wereld om ons heen, kunnen we objectief evalueren hoe teams informatie verwerken. Dit inzicht stelt ons in staat om militaire prestaties te verbeteren door gerichte interventies, zoals het aanpassen van gebruikersinterfaces, training en selectie. Ons doel is om een technische standaardisatie te bereiken voor architectuur, communicatie en sensoren, waardoor Europese ontwikkelingen en soevereiniteit worden bevorderd. Met deze standaardisatie willen we de interoperabiliteit en effici\u00ebntie van luchtsystemen verbeteren.
