class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Drones zijn een key enabler voor innovatieve oplossingen om de steeds sneller veranderende maatschappelijke, economische en veiligheidsuitdagingen het hoofd te bieden. Om Nederland hierin een rol te laten spelen moeten het Nederlandse bedrijfsleven, inclusief start-ups en MKB\u2019s, en de overheid in staat zijn om innovatieve drone toepassingen, platformen en systemen veilig, duurzaam en kosteneffectief te realiseren en in het luchtruim in te passen.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Het programma Onbemand en autonoom richt zich op het bieden van oplossingen voor de maatschappelijke uitdagingen van slimme en duurzame (onbemande en autonome) mobiliteit en op het verder ontwikkelen en implementeren van onbemande luchtvaart, veilig en met de juiste onderbouwing. Een breed en divers scala van kennispartners is erbij betrokken, ministeries (Infrastructuur en Waterstaat (IenW) en Defensie) inclusief daaronder vallende organisaties (zoals ILT), EASA, EREA partners, (inter)nationale universiteiten, Eurocontrol en een breed scala aan (inter)nationale bedrijven en verenigingen zoals de Dutch Drone Delta en de Alliance for New Mobility Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-secondary-10-background-color has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-dee81359 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"padding-top:3.5rem;padding-right:3.5rem;padding-bottom:3.5rem;padding-left:3.5rem\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading alignwide\"><em>\u201c<\/em> De impact van autonome luchtvaart<em>\u201d<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-vertically-aligned-top\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Programmaleider Joost Vreeken over Onbemand en autonoom<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NLR is hiervoor d\u00e9 kennispartner. We bieden ondersteuning bij de ontwikkeling, implementatie en maatschappelijke acceptatie van onbemande en autonome luchtvaart, rekening houdend met veiligheid en minimale hinder. De Dynamic Airspace Re-configuration (DAR) Manager werkpositie, uit het AURA project, wordt in ENSURE doorontwikkeld en verder geautomatiseerd. Hiernaast worden slimme interfaces voor de tactische verkeersleider ontwikkeld, getest en gevalideerd in een operationele omgeving met approach posities van Schiphol. Het project heeft tot doel voort te bouwen op technologie\u00ebn die zijn ontwikkeld in het AIRTuB 1-project, zoals ultrasone detectie en drone-\/crawlerplatforms. In dit project worden deze verbeterd en ge\u00efntegreerd in een systeem dat ingezet zal worden in offshore windparken. Het project loop in Q3 2026 af. Ons NLR Detect and Avoid-systeem (DAA) wordt getest op een onbemande helikopter tijdens een vlieg-testcampagne. Tijdens deze tests worden de componenten van het systeem verder gevalideerd en worden parameters bepaald voor correcte uitwijkmanoeuvres. Op basis van eerdere grondtesten met &#8216;intruder&#8217; drones zijn verbeterpunten ge\u00efdentificeerd voor onze Cooperative Traffic Sensor (CTS), die worden meegenomen in de campagne.
