class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Om een continue inzet en missieparaatheid te garanderen, moeten strijdkrachten hun training effectiever en effici\u00ebnter maken. De vliegtijd moet zo effectief mogelijk zijn. Dit betekent een meer aangepaste en minder kostbare training. Dit kan worden bereikt door een optimale mix van live, low-level en high-level simulatietrainingen (die minder of meer een getrouwe afspiegeling van de werkelijkheid zijn), gecombineerd met leeranalyses. Zo kunnen we de training blijven afstemmen op persoonlijke of bredere trainingsbehoeften. Koninklijke NLR is van mening dat een moderne visie op training een holistische aanpak van instructieontwerp vereist, die goed is aangepast op de hoge mate van integratie en interoperabiliteit van systemen. Alleen dan kunnen we een grondig en authentiek inzicht in de trainingsbehoeften, simulatieanalyse en evaluatievereisten waarborgen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ontdek hoe NLR kan ondersteunen bij het (her)ontwerpen van opleidingen voor complexe functies.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De ADDIE-aanpak van Koninklijke NLR is gebaseerd op het 4C\/ID-instructieontwerpsysteem. Dit staat voor het aanleren van complexe vaardigheden in een realistische context, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van vier hoofdingredi\u00ebnten: training van de complete taak, oefening van een deeltaak, ondersteunende theorie en just-in-time informatie.&nbsp;Naast 4C\/ID zijn wij enthousiast over Performance Based Training, waarbij ieder individu op basis van leeranalyses een op maat gemaakte training krijgt op het voor hem\/haar meest geschikte moment, met de juiste mix van trainingsmedia. In huidige systemen zijn bijvoorbeeld de ontwikkeling van VR-simulatoren met een gerichte nauwkeurigheid, interconnectiviteit tussen verschillende simulatieplatforms of het verzamelen van gegevens ter ondersteuning van leeranalyses vereisten die mogelijk niet beschikbaar zijn.
