class=\"wp-block-heading\">Training design<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Traditioneel gezien ligt de nadruk bij instructieontwerpmodellen in de beginfase van een leerproces sterk op het trainen van deeltaken. Het 4C\/ID-model pleit echter voor een gestructureerde combinatie van beide. De opeenvolging van complete taken vormt de ruggengraat van de training, terwijl het oefenen van deeltaken het leren ondersteunt of de routinematige vaardigheden opfrist, op het moment dat deze het meest nodig zijn in dit leerproces. Het ontwerpen van een trainingssessie is een gedetailleerd proces met zorgvuldige overwegingen. De TNA richt zich voornamelijk op de grote lijnen en de overkoepelende competenties. Bij een trainingsontwerp worden kleine operationele details onderzocht en wordt de training in de vorm van blauwdrukken uiteengezet. In eerste instantie worden blauwdrukken ontworpen zonder beperkingen, om te voorkomen dat de training wordt gestuurd door beperkingen. Als de beperkingen in een nieuw trainingsontwerp doorslaggevend zijn, bestaat het risico dat de training door beperkingen wordt gestuurd. Dit kan potentieel resulteren in ineffici\u00ebnte en\/of ineffectieve training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het ontwerp wordt vervolgens aangepast aan de aanwezige beperkingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Een blauwdruk omvat:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leertaken binnen een module (complete en deeltaken)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NLR gebruikt een benadering die bestaat uit leren van de complete taak (1) en oefenen van deeltaken (2). De aanpak maakt gebruik van ervaringsgericht leren, wat betekent dat leren plaatsvindt in de volledige context van de operatie. De leertaken worden daarom complete taken genoemd. Bovendien kunnen delen van de complete taak afzonderlijk van de complete taak geselecteerd en geoefend worden. Dit bevordert de automatisering van de vaardigheid of kan een kans zijn om de competentie ge\u00efsoleerd te trainen. Het weer tijdens een vlucht is een voorbeeld van een complexiteitsfactor. Maar het weer kan natuurlijk niet veranderd worden. Een complexiteitsfactor die makkelijk te be\u00efnvloeden is, is de ondersteuning van een instructeur. Daarom moeten de complexiteitsfactoren op elkaar worden afgestemd om een niveau van complexiteit te bereiken dat past bij de competenties van de deelnemer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ondersteunende kennis, <em>just-in-time<\/em> kennis en het niveau van instructieve ondersteuning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De complexiteit van de complete taken neemt per module toe. Binnen elke module neemt het niveau van de ondersteuning door de instructeur af (weergegeven in blauw binnen de complete taak). Ondersteunende informatie (3) en <em>Just-In-Time<\/em> (JIT)-informatie (4) worden verstrekt ter ondersteuning van de uitvoering van de complete taak in de verschillende scenario&#8217;s. Ondersteunende informatie wordt aan het begin van een module gegeven, dit is vaak kerninformatie. <em>Just-In-Time<\/em>-informatie wordt gegeven vlak voordat het nodig is. Deze informatie is vaak erg specifiek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer wp-container-content-209d8a0c\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator Daarom werden een analyse van trainingsbehoeften (Training Needs Analysis &#8211; TNA) en een analyse van trainingsmedia (Training Media Analysis &#8211; TMA) uitgevoerd, met als doel een oplossing te vinden voor de vervanging van de totale initi\u00eble trainingscapaciteit. Deze trainingscapaciteit moet flexibel en schaalbaar zijn om te kunnen voldoen aan de veranderende trainingsbehoeften in de toekomst.
