class=\"wp-block-heading\">Training technologies en leerecosystemen<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Om de onderwijsaanpak te ondersteunen en zo effectievere en effici\u00ebntere trainingen te realiseren, voert NLR toegepast technisch onderzoek en ontwikkeling uit op het gebied van simulatie- en menselijke prestaties. Deze ontwikkelingen richten zich op de onderlinge verbondenheid (interconnectiviteit) van trainingsapparaten, het verzamelen en analyseren van prestaties, effectief realisme met behulp van kunstmatige intelligentie en virtuele bemanningsleden en coaches. NLR heeft connectiviteit gerealiseerd tussen piloten en militaire luchtverkeersleiding, tussen gesimuleerde platforms, tussen <em>live<\/em> en gesimuleerde platforms en tussen menselijke en door computers gegenereerde luchtbewegingen. De gecombineerde aanpak van instructieontwerp en toegepast technisch onderzoek resulteert in beter toegankelijke trainingsapparaten, wat leidt tot effectievere trainingsmogelijkheden. Er kan eveneens getraind worden in complexere en onderling verbonden scenario&#8217;s die in een live-omgeving moeilijk uitvoerbaar zijn. Ten slotte biedt het de mogelijkheid tot prestatiemetingen, een fundamentele vereiste voor prestatiegerichte training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hieronder volgt een selectie van technologie\u00ebn
