class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adoption of new training (systems)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Het aanpassen van uw trainingen aan nieuwe lesmethoden, nieuwe media, een nieuwe leercultuur of gewoon een nieuw type deelnemers, omvat vaak ook een cultuurverandering. Een verschuiving in de organisatiecultuur kan een cruciale succesfactor zijn bij het volledig vernieuwen of wijzigen van uw training. Stakeholders moeten worden ge\u00efnventariseerd en bij alle activiteiten met betrekking tot wijzigingen in de opleiding betrokken of geraadpleegd worden. Er kunnen bijvoorbeeld activiteiten zoals een stakeholdersdag worden georganiseerd om ervoor te zorgen dat zij kennismaken met de nieuwe trainingsmethoden en -middelen. Deze activiteiten kunnen belanghebbenden een rol geven in de verandering in de training, waardoor hun betrokkenheid toeneemt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Implementatie en ondersteuning door de ontwikkelaar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Onze trainingsontwikkelingsprojecten leiden tot een trainingsblauwdruk en een analyse van trainingsmedia. Deze worden gebruikt voor het opstellen van uw syllabus en het aanschaffen van trainingsmedia. Het kan zo zijn dat de ontwikkelaars vragen hebben over de denkprocessen achter een blauwdruk of media-analyse. Of misschien willen ze idee\u00ebn uitwisselen over hoe de training verder ontwikkeld kan worden. Ook tijdens uw ontwikkel- en implementatieproces kunnen wij daarvoor de nodige ondersteuning bieden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Begeleiding van trainers en deelnemers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Veranderingen in de training kunnen verschillende verwachtingen met zich mee brengen, van zowel trainers als deelnemers. Het is belangrijk om deze veranderingen niet als vanzelfsprekend te beschouwen. Nieuwe trainingsmethoden en -middelen kunnen \u2013 ook al is het tijdelijk \u2013 een toename van de werklast betekenen, wat ontmoedigend kan zijn voor de betrokkenen. Begeleiding en coaching kunnen de trainers (en indien nodig deelnemers) helpen nieuwe methoden en middelen te omarmen. Help hen niet alleen te begrijpen wat er van hen verwacht wordt, maar ook de voordelen van de verandering te onderkennen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evaluatie en feedback<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In elke training, zowel oud als nieuw, zou een volwassen feedbackloop ingebouwd moeten zijn, waarin feedback wordt verzameld in alle fasen van de training: trainingsontwerp, -uitvoering, -doelen en -overdracht. NLR kan u tijdens deze evaluaties ondersteunen door gegevens en feedback te verzamelen, om hiermee de training te analyseren. Vervolgens kan advies worden gegeven over de noodzakelijke veranderingen die moeten worden doorgevoerd. Ook de evaluatie en feedback zelf moeten van tijd tot tijd worden ge\u00ebvalueerd.
