Our team of scientists and specialists, equipped with novel state-of-the-art facilities, is dedicated to develop and employ tailored inspection methodologies that meet the needs of our clients. We provide assistance to airlines, air forces and aircraft component manufacturers, providing services that span from fundamental research to the qualification of NDI-methods. Windturbinebladen moeten periodiek ge\u00efnspecteerd worden. De inspectie en reparaties worden uitgevoerd door specialisten die via een kabel langs het blad afdalen. Dit werk is bijzonder arbeidsintensief en vormt op zee een nog grotere uitdaging. Het AIRTuB-consortium ontwikkelde systemen die op een drone zijn gemonteerd en die automatisch het windturbineblad kunnen inspecteren en indien nodig reparaties kunnen uitvoeren. Door regelmatige inspectie kunnen reparaties worden gepland in windstille periodes, waardoor productieverlies wordt voorkomen.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>                    <\/div>\n\n        <div gebruikelijker, waardoor de vraag naar snelle geautomatiseerde kwaliteitscontrole toeneemt. Laser-ultrasoon testen kan hiervoor een geschikte techniek zijn omdat het snel en contactloos is, maar vereist wel dat het onderdeel loodrecht op de laserstraal staat.
