{"id":14776,"date":"2025-04-29T14:34:28","date_gmt":"2025-04-29T12:34:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nlr.org\/?p=14776"},"modified":"2025-04-29T14:35:14","modified_gmt":"2025-04-29T12:35:14","slug":"flapsense","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nlr.org\/nl\/newsroom\/case\/flapsense\/","title":{"rendered":"R&amp;D case FLAPsense"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><br>Optisch sensorsysteem voor real-time monitoring van de <em>flapping angle<\/em> van de proprotor- FLAPsense<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De real-time monitoring van het bewegen van de rotorhub van een Next Generation Civil Tilt Rotor (NextGenCTR) vliegtuig maakt het mogelijk om de prestaties en operationele veiligheid van de proprotor te verbeteren. Nauwkeurige metingen van de vervorming en beweging in het roterende frame zijn echter zeer uitdagend. Klassieke sensoren hebben het nadeel dat ze zeer gevoelig zijn voor het type en de locatie van installatie, evenals voor omgevingsfactoren. Daarom is binnen FLAPsense een optisch, non-contact meetsysteem voor real-time monitoring van de <em>flapping angle<\/em> van de proprotor ontwikkeld, ontworpen en gefabriceerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De uitdaging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het doel was om een contactloos meetsysteem te ontwerpen en te fabriceren voor real-time monitoring van de flaphoek van de proprotor, die meedraait met de rotor van de NextGenCTR. Dit systeem maakt gebruik van een zeer nauwkeurige optische sensormethode om de avionica van het vliegtuig te voorzien van precieze gegevens over de daadwerkelijke flapping van de rotorbladen. Uiteindelijk zal het FLAPsense-systeem worden getest in vluchten op het NextGenCTR-demonstratievliegtuig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#eff5fb\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De oplossing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Een speciaal ontworpen sensor is ontwikkeld met de volgende sleutelkenmerken:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-with-arrow\">\n<li>Voedingsspanning: 28 VDC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stroomverbruik: minder dan 100 W per rotor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nauwkeurigheid: 0,5 graden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gewicht: minder dan 0,5 kg per rotor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Steekproefrequentie: 24 metingen per rotatie van de rotor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"463\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nlr.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/NLR_2025_Flapsense-Sensor-1024x463.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14772\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.nlr.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/NLR_2025_Flapsense-Sensor-1024x463.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.nlr.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/NLR_2025_Flapsense-Sensor-300x136.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.nlr.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/NLR_2025_Flapsense-Sensor-768x347.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.nlr.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/NLR_2025_Flapsense-Sensor.jpg 1233w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat hebben we gedaan?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-f0342b05 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: inherit; background-color: var(--wp--preset--color--white); font-weight: inherit;\">Het onderzoek dat NLR heeft uitgevoerd naar het sensorsysteem omvatte het defini\u00ebren van de interfaces tussen het vliegtuig en de sensor, en tussen de sensor en de vliegtestinstrumentatie om naadloze communicatie en gegevensuitwisseling tussen de componenten te waarborgen. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: revert;
