De methode kan echter ook kosteneffici\u00ebnt zijn voor kleinere volumes vanwege snellere detectie van kwaliteitsproblemen tijdens het productieproces, waardoor herwerk en afval worden verminderd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De uitdaging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De productie van grote onderdelen vereist een holistische benadering van gegevensbeheer en ge\u00efntegreerde automatisering om de gewenste precisieniveaus te bereiken met behulp van modulaire en flexibelere apparatuur. Niet-destructief testen (NDT) is cruciaal voor composietonderdelen, maar de huidige methoden zijn langzaam, arbeidsintensief en niet geschikt voor in-situ inspectie. De inspectieresultaten, zoals scans, vereisen bovendien menselijke interpretatie, wat tijdrovend en belastend is. Daarom is er behoefte aan betere methoden om de effici\u00ebntie en nauwkeurigheid in het productieproces te verbeteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#eff5fb\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De oplossing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het snel niet-destructief inspecteren van composietonderdelen is gedemonstreerd met behulp van thermografische methoden in een realistische <em>pilot line <\/em>voor de assemblage van vliegtuigrompen. Deze is gebruikt voor de Multifunctional Fuselage Demonstrator (MFFD), winnaar van de JEC 2025 Innovation Award. We hebben een robot gebruikt om grote delen van de composietstructuur in \u00e9\u00e9n keer te scannen, waardoor geautomatiseerde thermografische scans gegenereerd werden. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: inherit; background-color: var(--wp--preset--color--white); font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: inherit; background-color: var(--wp--preset--color--white); font-weight: inherit;\">Vervolgens is AI gebruikt om de scanresultaten te analyseren, waardoor defecten sneller konden worden gedetecteerd \u2013 deze methode is tien keer sneller dan de conventionele ultrasonische methode.
