Deze samenwerking markeert een significante stap voorwaarts in de ontwikkeling van geavanceerde monitoringstechnologie\u00ebn voor de luchtvaartsector door real-time structurele belastingen en vermoeiing tijdens de vlucht in de gaten te houden.<\/em><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ongeplande uitval en dure reparaties vormen een aanzienlijke uitdaging voor helikopterdiensten, omdat ze de operationele effici\u00ebntie en veiligheid van vluchten kunnen be\u00efnvloeden. <em>Predictive maintenance<\/em> (het \u2018voorspellen\u2019 van onderhoud) biedt een oplossing door potenti\u00eble problemen te identificeren en aan te pakken voordat ze te grote uitdagingen opleveren. Dit reduceert downtime en risico&#8217;s voor bemanning en passagiers, en vermindert de totale onderhouds- en reparatiekosten. Hoe nauwkeuriger de belastingen kunnen worden gemonitord, des te beter kan worden voorzien in de kennis over de conditie van de structuren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>Real-time fiber optic sensing technologie<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PhotonFirst zal op de Paris Airshow een nieuwe, voor de luchtvaart goedgekeurde <em>fiber sensing interrogator<\/em> lanceren, speciaal ontworpen voor gebruik in extreme omstandigheden. Dit sensortype, gebaseerd op optische vezelsensoren en ge\u00efntegreerde fotonicachips, zal in juli worden gecertificeerd voor gebruik op de NH90-helikopter. Door hun expertise in sensortechnologie, luchtwaardigheid en systeemanalyse te combineren, zetten de twee organisaties een nieuwe standaard voor real-time conditiebewaking van structurele belastingen en vermoeiing tijdens de vlucht \u2013 een cruciale schakel voor <em>predictive maintenance<\/em> en operationele gereedheid.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tineke van der Veen, CEO van NLR: &#8220;Als toegepast onderzoeksorganisatie streven we naar praktische oplossingen die de luchtvaart veiliger en effici\u00ebnter maken.
