Dit impliceert dat het ontwerp van de bladen een nauwkeurig overeenkomende stijfheid en massaverdeling over de gehele spanwijdte moet hebben, in vergelijking met de beoogde eigenschappen van de aero-elastisch geschaalde bladen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stijfheidseigenschappen langs de bladspanwijdte:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Axiale, flap- en lead-lag-buiging en torsiestijfheid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locatie van de neutrale as en het schuifcentrum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Massa-eigenschappen langs de bladspanwijdte:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Massa en massatraagheidsmomenten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Positie zwaartepunt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bovendien moeten de bladen worden uitgerust met instrumenten om de belasting en het dynamische gedrag van de bladen tijdens de windtunneltest te kunnen monitoren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#eff5fb\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De oplossing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het bladontwerp bestaat uit een lastdragende D-ligger en een aparte (dunne) achterrand. Beide zijn gemaakt van glasvezelversterkte laminaten, ondersteund door een interne schuimkern. Bovendien bevat de D-ligger wolfraamstaven van verschillende lengtes en diameters. Deze niet-structurele massa&#8217;s worden gebruikt om de massaverdeling en het zwaartepunt langs de spanwijdte van het blad te positioneren. Het uiteindelijke ontwerp van het blad is gebaseerd op gedetailleerde FEM-analyses om de stijfheidseigenschappen van de dwarsdoorsnede langs de bladspanwijdte te bepalen. Deze eigenschappen werden afgestemd op de vereiste waarden door de lay-up in de verschillende segmenten (neus, boven-\/onderhuid, web, achterrand) voor elke bladdoorsnede te vari\u00ebren. Het bleek dat het blad bijzonder flexibel moest zijn naar de punt toe. De lage vereiste stijfheidseigenschappen maken het noodzakelijk om ultradunne glasvezellagen (47 g\/m2) toe te passen. Dankzij deze dunne lagen kunnen de verschillende stijfheidseigenschappen van de rest van het blad nauwkeurig worden aangepast.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat doen wij?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-f0342b05 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Er werden aero-elastisch geschaalde bladen ontworpen en vervaardigd.
