Deze aanpassingen zorgen voor een groot geluidsprobleem vanwege de emissie van laagfrequent geluid en de beperkingen in de omvang en effectiviteit van de huidige geluidsabsorberende constructies (liners).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#eff5fb\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De oplossing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In dit project werden innovatieve idee\u00ebn en concepten voor effici\u00ebnte geluidsreductie door nieuwe linerconcepten onderzocht. Daarnaast werd het potentieel van dissipatieve oppervlakken onderzocht, zoals dat voorkomt bij de ontwikkeling van metamaterialen. AM werd onderzocht als mogelijke oplossing voor de productie van effici\u00ebntere geluiddempende bekledingen. Er zijn verschillende concepten ontwikkeld om absorptie van de lage frequenties en een breed frequentiespectrum te bereiken. AM opent nieuwe deuren voor de productie van complexe geluidsabsorptieconstructies, die tot nu toe technisch en\/of economisch niet haalbaar waren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat doen wij?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-f0342b05 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Bij NLR-MAMTeC werden verschillende prototypes van akoestische liners met LPBF vervaardigd die ontworpen zijn door het Institute of Sound and Vibration Research (ISVR). De ontwerpen kenmerken zich door de verschillende hoekvormen en gatdiameters. Het belangrijkste criterium voor het AM-onderdeel was de reproduceerbare kwaliteit van de prestaties van de akoestische liners en de controleerbare gatdiameters.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:10px\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>De liner-prototypes werden getest in de impedantiebuis bij de afdeling Verticale Vlucht en Aeroakoestiek van NLR.
