Om zowel burgers als politici en beleidsmakers op een objectieve wijze goed te informeren hebben RIVM, NLR en To70 relevante informatie over dit onderwerp gebundeld en op de nieuwe website\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vliegtuiggeluid.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.vliegtuiggeluid.nl<\/a>\u00a0geplaatst. Daarbij komen onderwerpen aan bod zoals het meten en berekenen van vliegtuiggeluid, wat de effecten ervan zijn op de gezondheid, en wet- en regelgeving.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iedereen heeft wel een associatie bij het geluid van een overvliegend vliegtuig. Daarbij spelen verschillende elementen een rol. Niet alleen het vliegtuig zelf bepaalt het geluid dat je waarneemt maar bijvoorbeeld ook de fase van de vlucht, de atmosfeer of de omgeving hebben een invloed op de beleving vanaf de grond. De nieuwe website&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vliegtuiggeluid.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.vliegtuiggeluid.nl<\/a>&nbsp;geeft ge\u00efnteresseerden inzicht in het gebruik van metingen en berekeningen om dat vliegtuiggeluid te beoordelen en in het effect dat geluid van vliegtuigen heeft op de ervaren hinder en gezondheid. Daarnaast geeft de website ook informatie over hoe de maximale geluidbelasting ten gevolge van vliegverkeer gehandhaafd wordt en welke wetten en regels gelden met betrekking tot geluid van vliegverkeer rondom civiele luchthavens in Nederland. De website is door&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rivm.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RIVM<\/a>, NLR en&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/to70.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">To70<\/a>&nbsp;opgezet in opdracht van het ministerie van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor Nederlandse luchthavens van nationale betekenis is regelgeving en handhaving gebaseerd op geluidberekeningen waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van aannames. Geluidmetingen spelen daar momenteel geen directe rol in. Een levendige, maatschappelijke discussie hierover vormde voor de minister van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat in oktober 2018 de aanleiding om een programmatische aanpak van het meten van vliegtuiggeluid (PAMV) op te starten. De PAMV moet er voor zorgen dat berekeningen en metingen van vliegtuiggeluid beter op elkaar aansluiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"--nlr--note--offset: 0px;\" class=\"wp-block-sowmedia-note align wp-block-sowmedia-note\" id=\"block_1f3db4ca3fc6e7e1536b8352c4638072\">\n\n    <div class=\"note__inner\">\n\n        <div class=\"note__handle\"><\/div>\n\n        <div class=\"note__content\">\n\n<p><strong><em>Voor de resultaten van de eerste fase van het programma (de verkenning uitgevoerd door RIVM, NLR en KNMI)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rivm.nl\/bibliotheek\/rapporten\/2019-0201.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.rivm.nl\/bibliotheek\/rapporten\/2019-0201.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p>Het uiteindelijk streven bij de aanpak is dat gegevens over de geluidbelasting door vliegverkeer voor iedereen herkenbaar en betrouwbaar zijn. De website biedt een solide basis en helpt bij het vormen van een volledig beeld ten behoeve van burgerinformatie en beleidsbeslissingen. Door algemene informatie vanuit \u00e9\u00e9n goed vindbare weblocatie aan te bieden geven de drie partijen gehoor aan de aanbeveling uit de verkenningsfase om de publiekscommunicatie over meten, rekenen, beleven en regelgeving van vliegtuiggeluid te verbeteren.<br>De PAMV bestaat uit drie fasen: een verkenning, de uitwerking en de realisatie. De verkenning is inmiddels afgerond.
