{"id":4054,"date":"2022-01-12T11:24:00","date_gmt":"2022-01-12T10:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nlr.org\/?p=4054"},"modified":"2025-03-07T15:09:40","modified_gmt":"2025-03-07T14:09:40","slug":"redesign-of-helicopter-training","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nlr.org\/nl\/newsroom\/case\/redesign-of-helicopter-training\/","title":{"rendered":"Redesign van helicopter training"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Een gemeenschappelijke, gemoderniseerde aanpak voor platformkwalificatietraining<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De uitdaging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het Defensie Helikopter Commando van de Koninklijke Luchtmacht gaf aan dat er behoefte was aan een gemeenschappelijke, gemoderniseerde aanpak voor kwalificatietrainingen op al hun platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#eff5fb\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De oplossing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het project leverde daadwerkelijke MQT op voor de bemanningen van de AH-64 en CH-47. Daarnaast werden gebruikerseisen, een systeemconcept en een stappenplan voor een MSMT-simulatiefaciliteit verstrekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De toegepaste methode is een competentiegerichte trainingsaanpak waarbij vanaf het begin het <em>train-as-you-fight<\/em>-principe wordt toegepast. Deze training richt zich primair op de volledige taakomschrijving en is opgebouwd volgens principes (zoals geleidelijk toenemende complexiteit) die de cognitieve belasting gedurende de training optimaliseren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat hebben we gedaan?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-f0342b05 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>In samenwerking met vakinhoudelijke deskundigen (operationele piloten\/loadmasters en instructeurs) werd een competentiegerichte analyse van de opleidingsbehoeften uitgevoerd. Er werden competentieprofielen ge\u00efdentificeerd voor CH-47-piloten en loadmasters en voor de AH-64-piloten. Er werden ge\u00efdealiseerde MQT-trainingen (Mission Qualification Training) ontworpen die piloten en loadmasters zouden opleveren die volledig gevechtsklaar zijn voor een breed scala aan normale en ongunstige operationele omstandigheden. Dit is gebaseerd op de aanname dat er moderne tactische simulators beschikbaar zijn, dat er geschikte schietbanen voor scherpe munitie beschikbaar zijn en dat er geen planningsproblemen zijn. Zulke ideale trainingsomstandigheden zijn belangrijk om een heldere visie op training te cre\u00ebren en ermee te werken.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:10px\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Met de ge\u00efdealiseerde trainingsopstellingen in gedachten, werd een daadwerkelijke MQT ontwikkeld, ge\u00efmplementeerd en ge\u00ebvalueerd.
