Hiervoor zijn nauwkeurige inspectie- en onderhoudsgegevens nodig.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De uitdaging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het gegevensinvoerportaal van de huidige generatie onderhoudsdatasystemen is omslachtig en niet-intu\u00eftief. Het merendeel van de gegevens moet handmatig worden ingevoerd en de kans is groot dat er inconsistente en\/of onvolledige gegevens worden ingevoerd. De kwaliteit van de geregistreerde inspectie- en onderhoudsgegevens is daarom vaak ondermaats. Dit heeft een negatieve invloed op het vermogen om bruikbare betrouwbaarheidsanalyses uit te voeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#eff5fb\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De oplossing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Om de consistentie en volledigheid van de bevindingen van structurele inspecties te verbeteren en de administratieve werklast voor onderhoudspersoneel te verminderen, heeft Koninklijke NLR een intu\u00eftieve en eenvoudig te gebruiken interface ontwikkeld: het digitale Crack &amp; Corrosion Logbook (d-CCL). De inspectiebevindingen kunnen grafisch worden ingevoerd, via een 3D-model van het betreffende vliegtuig of via pull-downmenu&#8217;s. Zodra er een internetverbinding beschikbaar is, maakt de app verbinding met een server. De gegevens worden vervolgens gesynchroniseerd met het ERP-systeem van de vliegtuigexploitant.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:10px\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Daarmee zijn historische gegevens en gegevens van andere vliegtuigen in de vloot eenvoudig toegankelijk voor de onderhoudsmedewerkers. Hierdoor verbetert hun situationeel inzicht en wordt de kans groter dat ze structurele afwijkingen waarnemen.
