Daarom werden een analyse van trainingsbehoeften (Training Needs Analysis &#8211; TNA) en een analyse van trainingsmedia (Training Media Analysis &#8211; TMA) uitgevoerd, met als doel een oplossing te vinden voor de vervanging van de totale initi\u00eble trainingscapaciteit. Deze trainingscapaciteit moet flexibel en schaalbaar zijn om te kunnen voldoen aan de veranderende trainingsbehoeften in de toekomst. Daarom moeten de volgende vragen duidelijk beantwoord worden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wat is het einddoel van de training?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wat is het gewenste trainingsconcept?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wat zijn de meest geschikte trainingsmedia?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#eff5fb\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De oplossing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Om deze vragen te beantwoorden, gebruikt NLR een aanpak genaamd Comprehensive Analysis Process for Aircraft Blended Learning Environments (CAPABLE). CAPABLE is een gestructureerde aanpak voor een ge\u00efntegreerde trainingsoplossing. Deze aanpak wordt aangevuld met een TMA die erop gericht is om op de lange termijn flexibiliteit te behouden. De TMA houdt rekening met de huidige en mogelijke toekomstige technologische ontwikkelingen op het gebied van opleidingen om tot een optimaal opleidingsmedium of een optimale mix van trainingsmedia te komen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat hebben we gedaan?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-f0342b05 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>NLR heeft in samenwerking met de Koninklijke Luchtmacht en de Defensie Materieel Organisatie (DMO) een TNA uitgevoerd die als input diende voor een blauwdruk van een trainingsontwerp. Vervolgens is de blauwdruk gebruikt in een toekomstbestendige analyse van trainingsmedia op basis van gebruikers- en functionele vereisten voor trainingsmedia.
