{"id":4287,"date":"2022-09-23T13:09:00","date_gmt":"2022-09-23T11:09:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nlr.org\/?p=4287"},"modified":"2025-03-07T15:18:41","modified_gmt":"2025-03-07T14:18:41","slug":"op-competenties-gebaseerde-onderhoudsopleiding","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nlr.org\/nl\/newsroom\/case\/op-competenties-gebaseerde-onderhoudsopleiding\/","title":{"rendered":"Op competenties gebaseerde onderhoudsopleiding"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ontwikkeling van onderhoudstrainingen als gevolg van gewijzigde regelgeving<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De uitdaging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De ontwikkeling van de Europese Regeling Militaire Luchtvaart (European Military Aviation Regulations &#8211; EMAR) heeft geleid tot wijzigingen in de Nederlandse regelgeving voor militaire luchtvaart. De inhoud en het niveau van de onderhoudstrainingen voor de F-16, AH-64D, CH-47D\/F en de NH-90NFH moesten daarom worden geactualiseerd. Bovendien sloot de opleiding niet volledig aan bij de behoeften van (beginnende) monteurs en sloot de opleiding niet altijd goed aan op de werkelijke werkzaamheden van de monteur. De nadruk van de opleiding lag uitsluitend op de theorie; de praktijk kwam niet integraal aan bod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#eff5fb\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De oplossing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eerst werd een competentiegericht trainingsconcept gedefinieerd in overeenstemming met het vier componenten instructiemodel (4C\/ID). Dit concept richt zich op training in de volledige taak. Theorie en deeltaakpraktijk worden ge\u00efntegreerd om het volledige taakscenario te ondersteunen. Kwalificatieprofielen werden gedefinieerd op basis van de uitkomsten van de analyse van de trainingsbehoeften. Ten slotte werd de training ontwikkeld, inclusief ondersteunend materiaal. Naast het trainingsmateriaal werd tevens een beoordelingsmethode ontwikkeld om begeleiding en evaluatie van studenten mogelijk te maken. Deze methode omvat competenties met inbegrip van waarneembaar gedrag en kan worden gebruikt voor continue begeleiding en beoordeling.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat doen we?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-f0342b05 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>In samenwerking met onderhoudsmonteurs en instructeurs werden de verschillende stappen van een instructieontwerpproces uitgevoerd. Om de opleidingsbehoeften te analyseren, werden verschillende workshops gehouden, met zowel ervaren als onervaren onderhoudsmonteurs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:10px\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Gedurende het proces vonden er verschillende presentaties en discussies plaats om het gewenste trainingsconcept uit te leggen en te defini\u00ebren.
