Het systeem biedt grote mogelijkheden om drones tegelijkertijd in complexe omgevingen te laten vliegen en wordt gezien als een katalysator voor stedelijke luchtmobiliteit. U-space zorgt voor een veilige integratie met het bemande verkeer. Voordat U-space kan worden ingesteld, vereist de EU-regelgeving dat het luchtruim wordt aangewezen als &#8220;U-space-luchtruim&#8221; en dat een risicobeoordeling van het luchtruim wordt uitgevoerd.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De uitdaging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Voordat een deel van het luchtruim als U-space-luchtruim wordt aangewezen, moet er een goede risicobeoordeling plaatsvinden om gevaren in kaart te brengen en risico&#8217;s te beperken. Deze risico&#8217;s hebben betrekking op de lucht en op de grond. In de lucht kan ander verkeer, bemand en onbemand, de drone-operaties verstoren. Op de grond houden de gevaren verband met de bevolking of de infrastructuur, waardoor er risico&#8217;s ontstaan voor mensen op de grond. Gebouwen of bestaande radiosignalen kunnen de signalen van en naar drones verstoren. Bij de beoordeling van het luchtruim worden zowel de risico&#8217;s in de lucht als op de grond in ogenschouw genomen. Eerst worden de huidige activiteiten van het bemande en onbemande luchtverkeer beschreven. Een prognose van toekomstige operaties moet worden gegeven als &#8216;referentiescenario\u2019s[1]&#8217; voor een aantal toepassingen. Het uitgangspunt van een grondige risicobeoordeling van het U-space-luchtruim[1] is een grondige beschrijving waarin relevante details worden ge\u00efdentificeerd, zoals de bevolking, openbare gebouwen, scholen of risicovolle industrie\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"309\" height=\"304\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nlr.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/copyright_nlr_u-space-ucc-regulation-kaart.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2763\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.nlr.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/copyright_nlr_u-space-ucc-regulation-kaart.png 309w, https:\/\/www.nlr.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/copyright_nlr_u-space-ucc-regulation-kaart-300x295.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 309px) 100vw, 309px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#eff5fb\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De oplossing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NLR heeft een Airspace Risk Assessment-methode ontwikkeld die volledig voldoet aan de huidige EU-regelgeving. De methode kan worden afgestemd op elke specifieke locatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aanleveren van de risicobeoordeling van het luchtruim<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>visualiseren en simuleren van luchtruimoperaties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>beoordelen hoe U-space kan helpen bij het inperken van de gevaren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vastleggen van vereisten voor het U-space-luchtruim<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>defini\u00ebren van geavanceerde U-space-diensten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>defini\u00ebren van een concept van operaties voor het vast te leggen U-space-luchtruim.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat doen wij?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-f0342b05 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>NLR heeft een methodiek opgesteld voor het uitvoeren van een luchtruimbeoordeling, in lijn met de EU-verordening en de bijbehorende richtlijnen van EASA. De methode volgt een gestructureerde aanpak voor het opzetten van een volledige risicobeoordeling van het luchtruim voor elk gebied dat het gebruik van U-space aanvraagt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:10px\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>NLR ondersteunt organisaties, zoals gemeenten, havens, industriegebieden en ANSP&#8217;s (luchtvaartnavigatiedienstverleners), die plannen hebben om U-space te exploiteren.
