Om de projectdoelstellingen voor duurzame en kosteneffici\u00ebnte hoogwaardige composietstructuren te realiseren, richt het SuCoHS-concept zich op de drie hoofdthema&#8217;s: ontwerp, productie en exploitatie.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De uitdaging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De uitdaging is om overzicht te houden op de afzonderlijke processtappen, de kwaliteit van onderdelen en de status van de apparatuur. Geavanceerde procesbewaking en inspectie van geautomatiseerde processen door een Digital Twin (DT) van de fysieke productieomgeving kunnen een operator helpen alle beschikbare gegevens te filteren, ter ondersteuning van tijdige detectie van productiefouten, <em>first-time-right<\/em> productie, productkwaliteit en leveringszekerheid. Bovendien kunnen alle verzamelde gegevens voor veel meer doeleinden worden gebruikt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ontwerp en optimalisatie van productiefaciliteiten en fabricageprocessen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimalisatie van onderhoud<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digitale threads, digitale productpaspoorten en gegevensbeheer ten behoeve van certificering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#eff5fb\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De oplossing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ontwikkelen van nieuwe materialen en effici\u00ebnte productieprocessen voor brand- en temperatuurbestendige composietstructuren. Verkennen van hybride productieprocessen, waarbij verschillende materialen en productietechnologie\u00ebn worden gecombineerd, evenals adaptieve proces- en kwaliteitscontrolestrategie\u00ebn op sensor- en simulatiebasis. Uitvoeren van productietests en op maat gemaakte materiaaltesten om de prestaties van nieuwe multi-materiaalsystemen te garanderen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat doen wij?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-f0342b05 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Er zijn nieuwe hittebestendige en brandwerende composieten ontwikkeld met een verbeterde taaiheid door gebruik te maken van de effecten van harsmodificatie, dunnelaagtechnologie\u00ebn en geweven. Er zijn nieuwe productietechnologie\u00ebn ontwikkeld voor op maat gemaakte voorvormen van meerdere materialen met specifieke functionaliteiten (thermische geleiders\/barri\u00e8res, schadebestendigheid, ge\u00efntegreerde sensoren) om effici\u00ebnte productie met minimale verspilling mogelijk te maken.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:10px\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Nieuwe productietechnologie\u00ebn, met ge\u00efntegreerde proces- en structureel gebruikscontrolesystemen, werden gevalideerd en op betrouwbaarheid gecontroleerd door de productie van representatieve cruciale details.
