Hybride elektrische vluchten zijn een van de hoekstenen van onze progressie naar duurzame luchtvaart. De aanzienlijk hogere elektrische vermogensniveaus die gepaard gaan met elektrische aandrijving aan boord, brengen echter zowel thermische als elektromagnetische uitdagingen met zich mee.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De uitdaging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De hogere stroomsterktes en spanningen die ontstaan door het groter elektrisch vermogen aan boord van hybride elektrische vliegtuigen, brengen twee grote uitdagingen met zich mee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De thermische uitdaging: de toegenomen warmteafvoer in vermogenselektronica en stroomtoevoersystemen moet worden beheerd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De uitdaging op het gebied van elektromagnetische compatibiliteit (EMC): hogere stromen kunnen het risico op interferentie met andere apparatuur aan boord met zich meebrengen, bijvoorbeeld door geleiding en uitgestraalde emissie. Er moeten over de gehele aandrijflijn maatregelen worden genomen om de gevolgen te beperken.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#eff5fb\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De oplossing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>EASIER heeft EMC-oplossingen ontwikkeld voor vermogens-EWIS, vermogenselektronica en filtering om de problemen met elektromagnetische emissie te beperken. Om de toegenomen warmteafgifte te kunnen verwerken, zijn tweefasenkoelsystemen ontwikkeld. Thermische modellering en validatie van stroomtoevoersysteemontwerp heeft geleid tot minder omvangrijke en lichtere stroomtoevoersystemen voor hybride elektrische vliegtuigen. Ten slotte zijn er afwegingen op systeemniveau gemaakt om de prestaties en het gewicht van de ge\u00efntegreerde oplossingen te optimaliseren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat doen wij?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NLR heeft simulatiemodellen ontwikkeld om de prestaties van de EASIER-voedings- en vermogenselektronicaoplossingen te beoordelen. Hieruit blijkt dat de emissies van radiofrequentie stralingen (RF) worden verminderd. De oplossingen voor de stroomtoevoer zijn tevens gevalideerd door een speciale demonstrator op de grond met de aandrijflijn van Evektor&#8217;s EPOS+ (een volledig elektrische tweezitter) in de EMC-faciliteit van NLR.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7c761036dc7741ce20dfff6fdad86670\">&gt;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bovendien heeft het thermische team van NLR tweefasenkoeloplossingen voor vermogenselektronica ontworpen en getest, wat resulteerde in een volumereductie van 68% in vergelijking met eenfasekoeling.
