{"id":6279,"date":"2024-06-27T14:34:00","date_gmt":"2024-06-27T12:34:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nlr.org\/?p=6279"},"modified":"2025-02-12T20:31:08","modified_gmt":"2025-02-12T19:31:08","slug":"het-ontwikkelen-van-nieuwe-certificeringsmethoden-voor-baanbrekende-technologieen-concerto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nlr.org\/nl\/newsroom\/case\/het-ontwikkelen-van-nieuwe-certificeringsmethoden-voor-baanbrekende-technologieen-concerto\/","title":{"rendered":"R&amp;D case: Nieuwe certificeringsmethoden voor baanbrekende technologie\u00ebn (CONCERTO)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>CONCERTO streeft naar de ontwikkeling van een uitgebreide reeks voorschriften voor de certificering van vliegtuigen, samen met een voorlopige beschrijving van de nalevingsmethoden (<em>Methods of Compliance<\/em> &#8211; MoC&#8217;s) die van toepassing zullen zijn op de drie belangrijkste pijlers onder schone luchtvaart: Hybride-elektrische regionale vliegtuigen, ultra-effici\u00ebnte vliegtuigen voor de korte en middellange afstand en baanbrekende technologie\u00ebn voor vliegtuigen op waterstof. Bovendien richt het project zich op evaluatie van de haalbaarheid van een digitaal certificeringskader dat samenwerking en modelgebaseerde certificering bevordert.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De uitdaging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Er wordt verwacht dat certificering de veiligheid zal verbeteren en tegelijkertijd de benodigde tijd zal verkorten om nieuwe en veilige producten op de markt te brengen en in gebruik te nemen, zodat het Europese leiderschap en concurrentievermogen behouden blijft. De resultaten zijn naar verwachting overdraagbaar en schaalbaar naar andere productlijnen en luchtvaartsegmenten, zoals algemene luchtvaart, helikopters, zakenjets en commerci\u00eble vliegtuigen voor de middellange en lange afstand, en toepasbaar op de gehele vliegtuigvloot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#eff5fb\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De oplossing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het certificeringskader kan een belangrijke bevorderende factor zijn voor het terugdringen van emissies en het behalen van de doelstelling om in 2050 klimaatneutraal te zijn. De nieuwe certificeringsmethoden en -processen zorgen ervoor dat de ontwikkelingstijd aanzienlijk wordt verkort en de kosten voor het op de markt brengen van nieuwe producten worden vermindert. Het initiatief streeft naar het cre\u00ebren van een ecosysteem door stimulering van netwerken binnen de luchtvaartgemeenschap, het delen van gemeenschappelijke doelen en het ontwikkelen van synergie\u00ebn met andere sectoren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Onze aanpak<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-f0342b05 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Veiligheidsdoelstellingen om regels en voorschriften te ontwikkelen defini\u00ebren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&nbsp;Kritieke aandachtsgebieden en lacunes in de regelgeving identificeren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;\u201e<em>Gap fillers<\/em>&#8221;
