Change of name in the statutes NLR

Our name in the statutes will be changed. This formality has no consequences for our partners and clients. NLR will continue to fulfil the role as applied research centre that you are accustomed to from us.

Vanaf 22 As of 22 april the name of Stichting Nationaal Lucht- en Ruimtevaartlaboratorium will officially be changed to Stichting Koninklijk Nederlands Lucht- en Ruimtevaartcentrum. This brings the name on the statutes into line with the commercial name. Regarding communication we will keep using our name in several ways, amongst others: NLR, Royal NLR and Royal Netherlands Aerospace Centre.april wijzigt onze naam officieel van ‘Stichting Nationaal Lucht- en Ruimtevaartlaboratorium’ naar ‘Stichting Koninklijk Nederlands Lucht- en Ruimtevaartcentrum’. Daarmee is de statutaire naam in overeenstemming met onze commerciële naam. De statutaire naam wordt bovendien zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels in diverse afgekorte vormen door ons gebruikt, zoals: NLR, Koninklijke NLR, Royal Netherlands Aerospace Centre, NLR – Netherlands Aerospace Centre.

No consequences

The change of name has no consequences in contractual terms and does not change the legal entity. Our relationship with partners and clients will therefore not be affected in any way. NLR will continue to fulfil the role that you are accustomed to from us: a provider of innovative and – above all – practical solutions for complex challenges.
